If there is one thing you take away from this review, let it be this: I have never experienced a more honest, reasonable, responsive, or detail-oriented mechanic. I'm not from the Kentucky area, so after getting into a collision and needing body work, I was nervous about finding a shop I could trust. I got quotes from several different places, and Fort Mitchell Garage not only gave me the best price, but also provided by far the best experience. From start to finish, they went above and beyond. They took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and genuinely looked out for my best interests instead of trying to upsell me or cut corners. They worked hard to keep costs as low as possible while still doing exceptional work, and they made sure my car was finished by the deadline I needed. These guys are great! I have taken my car to the dealership 4 times and they couldn’t fix the problem. These guys figured it out in two days and now my car is running great. Can’t recommend enough!

Even when parts availability became an issue, he took the time to explain the situation and ensured a safe, reliable solution rather than rushing the job or cutting corners. Came in for an estimate to repair front end damage that I’ve been driving around with for a YEAR. No issues. Tech pushed on the fog light making it go fully inside the bumper. I asked if he could stabilize it prior to me leaving as it was not like that prior to coming and I didn’t want to leave with it like that due to safety. He responded “well you could have hit a pothole anytime and it would have done that.” I said it’s been like that for a year, I doubt that. Either way I’d just like it put back since it wasn’t like that before. He said “I have to push on things to give you pricing, and that’s not getting fixed today. We’re not taking off the bumper” I then told him I didn’t think it was an unacceptable ask to try to put it back to the state I brought it in, and I didn’t appreciate being mansplained to, which apparently made him angry as he told me he’s a good Christian and wouldn’t do that. I told him I didn’t appreciate the way he was speaking to me, to which he replied he didn’t speak to me that way. Just because you don’t want to admit you’re being rude, doesn’t mean you aren’t. Let him know I’d be leaving a review and he responded Well now I’m questioning your mo
